My Book Live not recognised wirelessly or via ethernet

I have a My Book Live that worked ok for a week or two but now when I power it up I get a solid blue light for around 5 seconds then one flash of the orange light, this is via direct connection to my laptop via the ethernet.  The drive does not show up anywhere on my network or directly on my laptop.

I have tried numerous reset options found in the forum but nothing works.

Can anyone help please?

That is no the correct setup, unless you are an advanced user. Please read manual.
