I am trying to connect the My Book World Edition directly to a PC as an external hard drive. I have done this before but I can’t seem to remember what kind of USB cord I used. Can someone help me?

This line of product does not connect directly to a PC using a USB cable.
The only way you can achive that is using the ethernet cable through a router or directly to the PC.

I tried going ethernet directly to the computer and it didn’t work. Any suggestions?
