Hi, the latest Smartware Pro version has the option to backup your files to your DropBox account. This is optional, you can continue to use Smartware normally.

Hello you unfortunately I would say that your answer is false here why 'cause when you accepted the update is Dropbox so it gives you the choice of selected SmartWare or Dropbox once the update and have downloaded and installed Dropbox the problem has a conflictual between DropBox and SmartWare software that effectively stop all backup to do to set this problem had to uninstall the programe after Dropbox and do the same thing with the SmartWare and after restarting windows and installed a SmartWare again and make update without accepted the update of dropbox and the problem is corrected the backup is done and the corectement dw window SmartWare dropbox appear pale and voila the problem is settle
