Have a My Cloud Home. Its the second time i return a WD product because it doenst work, defective or bad.
Plus i have to pay to return a product wich is on garantee fornthe second time… Also the second time i lost all my data because they dont recover!
How bad is this company and its custumer support?
Its Terrible never seen anything like this!
