My Cloud EX2 Not able to enable WebDav

Dear Community,
I am a long-time My Cloud fan and recently decided to replace my old My Cloud with a new - mirrored - My Cloud EX2 Ultra. One of the reasons for this product was the WebDav feature support, that my old My Cloud did not have.
Unfortunately I am having trouble in enabling WebDav at all. In the My Cloud EX2 Configuration under Settings > Network I have enabled the WebDav switch, but I cannot access WebDav after doing that from my local network.


A port scan yielded that both Ports 8080 and 4443 were also not open. In the port forwarding settings from My Cloud EX2, WebDav is also not “proposed” to me as “Standard Service”.

Just to underline the procedure: Local network access to the WebDav ports is not possible - everything else is working as I am used to it (Network Share via SMB, HTTP to Dashboard, SSH).
Has anyone encountered a similar issue? I really appreciate your thoughts and help as I feel like I have tried all topics related to this that are findable in the WWW already out :expressionless:.

yes of course I did. I have several desktops in my network, but the My Cloud EX2 does not even offer the service (WebDav Service) to connect to. It seems to not enable it.

i am facing the same issue. Did you find a solution to it?

WebDAV was working and stopped after a reset to factory settings. The WebDAV service is not proposed in the Standard Service anymore.
