My Cloud EX2 Ultra - add second drive, convert to RAID

Hi all,

I have an EX2 Ultra with ONE 12tb drive in. The second bay is empty.

I want to add a second drive (empty 12tb) to expand the capacity of my storage.

What’s the best way to do this without losing data?

Is it to just have 2xJBOD drives, or can I convert them both to RAID?
