Hello guys,
I have a My cloud EX2 Ultra and it works well. However, the blue LED of on/off indicator (not HD) is always blinking/flashisg slowly. I mean, slowly turns off and slowly turns back on. The HD LEDS are blue fixed, and it works well, but I do not know if it is normal or not.
On the other hand, the device gets quito hot, even if it is not working. The metal case of the HD are almost burning. I suppose it is because the device doesn’t have an internal fan.
Any comment or suggestion for my questions, please?
