Do you have a My Cloud EX2 or a My Cloud EX2 Ultra? They are not the same device. The My Cloud EX2 uses OS3 v2.x firmware and is end of support (since April 2022). One can no longer use the OS3 My Cloud mobile app to access their OS3 My Cloud unit. For OS3 My Cloud EX2 support see the dedicated subforum for that device:

If using a OS5 v5.x firmware My Cloud EX2 Ultra then ensure you have updated to the latest OS5 firmware and that you are using the latest OS5 mobile app for your mobile device.
