Auto update says my cloud is up to date .but once I checked there’s is a newer update …I tried downloading the update file through this site but my winzip says file corrupted …I checked and firmware 2.x was released 3.29.2016 and firmware 04.x was released 5.23.2016 so obviously 04.x is newer…also mycloud.com just shows me a blank screen after I click “LOGIN”
Firmware version 04.x is for gen1 My Clouds. Firmware 02.x is for gen2 my Clouds. No ones knows why WD did this. It confuses a lot of people.
