I have downloaded about 3 TB of photos from other drives, mostly RAW (.dng). The drive is still making noise and in the mycloud application I have information that indexing is in progress.
This has been going on for 7 days. How do I stop it? I don’t need to index anything. It’s terribly annoying.

Anything copied to the Public space will not be indexed nor would it be available online through the webapp (browser).
Were you able to fix it? I know how frustrating those kinds of issues can be! I had a similar problem myself, and after a lot of trial and error, I finally reached out to townsq customer service for help. They were incredibly responsive and guided me through each step until everything was sorted out. Honestly, their support made such a difference—I don’t think I could have figured it out on my own. If you’re still having trouble, it might be worth giving them a call. They really went above and beyond to help
