Since a few days I have a problem with my Mirror GEN 2 (8TB).
I had been using it for months without any problem, but after it had been idle for a week or so I couldn’t acces the GEN 2 anymore. I couldn’t find a way so I had to pull the plug.
After plugging it in again, the NAS is powering up, but I am unable to detect it in any way.
The power led light keeps blinking blue (as if it is still powering up, or updating it’s firmware).
I let it run for a few days (48+ hours), but still it keeps blinking blue (i.s.o. solid blue).
Tried resetting it (with the hole), but still unable to detect it via windows or mac.
Tried software (access and sync, both on Windows and Mac), tried via the browers (Windows and Mac), and still unable to detect my NAS.
Any suggestions?
