My Cloud not working

Hi all,
I have a 4TB MyCloud for almost a year and everything was fine up to last night. while I was streaming video to my TV the light went blinking red and the connection was lost. Have not been able to restore connection. Tried the reset but doesn’t work.

Any ideas are welcome
