My cloud ultra ex was working fine suddenly led off and device not accessible what to do?

@anupam9282
I’m taking it that you have OS5

yes

Does the unit sound/feel like it’s powered on? As in do the drive(s) inside the unit feel like they’re spinning? Could be the My Cloud power adapter has failed.
Try connecting the My CLoud power adapter to a different outlet or power strip.
Have you tried turning the unit off and then back on?
On some My Cloud units the network port will remain powered even when the My Cloud is off or malfunctioning. The network port’s LED’s may continue to “flash” or be lit indicating the unit is still receiving power.
On some My Cloud units, mainly the single bay units, the front blue colored LED will burn out but the unit continues to operate normally.
Have you checked the local network router administration page that the My Cloud is connected to, to see if the router indicates the My Cloud is connected and has obtained an IP address from the router’s DHCP server?
Is the My Cloud Dashboard accessible either by My Cloud name or by the My Cloud’s IP address?
Has anything happened recently like power outage or bad storm (lightning strike)?
What other troubleshooting steps have you tried?

Does the unit sound/feel like it’s powered on? -No sound, it seems like it’s dead.
Does the unit sound/feel like it’s powered on? -May be.
Try connecting the My CLoud power adapter to a different outlet or power strip.-tried but no impact

Have you tried turning the unit off and then back on?-yes but no impact

On some My Cloud units the network port will remain powered even when the My Cloud is off or malfunctioning. The network port’s LED’s may continue to “flash” or be lit indicating the unit is still receiving power.-led is off, unit is not working

On some My Cloud units, mainly the single bay units, the front blue colored LED will burn out but the unit continues to operate normally.- led is of and it is not working also

Have you checked the local network router administration page that the My Cloud is connected to, to see if the router indicates the My Cloud is connected and has obtained an IP address from the router’s DHCP server?-My cloud is not connected and has no ip address

Is the My Cloud Dashboard accessible either by My Cloud name or by the My Cloud’s IP address?-not accessible

Has anything happened recently like power outage or bad storm (lightning strike)?-nothing exceptional, but power outage must have taken place as it is normal here, although in that case unit will be on inverter

What other troubleshooting steps have you tried?-not tried anyother thing, as i can’t think of any

It feels like Cloud is not receiving power, but i am not able to check whether the fault is in adaptor or in cloud it self
