My element WD hasn't,t out put composite TV

Hi,

Dear

I have one element multimedia drive player and I watched some movie with this element on TV but error occurred and I turned off the element then again switched on.

The led is on, also hard is properly worked but there isn’t out put on TV.

I read user manual then I find reset button and push it till 10 second but nothing happened.

Please help me what shall I do for solving this problem.
