Please help!!!

I was organizing the data in my Passport (P/N: WDBACY5000ABK-01) and creating new folder for that purposes when suddenly ¾ of my data disappeared, and some of the folder are now misplaced.  Have I lost my data or is hidden somewhere that my abilities can’t find???

Hi,

I recommend that you try your drive on another computer just for testing purposes. If the issue remains then I recommend that you try using a 3rd party data recovery software in order to recover the data.

Thanks for answering.

I 'm afraid of disconecting it, would it be safe to do that so I can try it in other computer?
