I’ve been using a “My Passport Ultra 2TB” for awhile. Yesterday my HP laptop stopped recognizing it in Windows Explorer. I am using Windows 07. When plugged in, the light comes on (solid), the external drive hums, and my laptop gives me a beep to let me know that something is connection. I don’t see anything.
I need all the files on the drive.
