Hello everyone, WD Team.
I have a big problem. My passport 4TB worked properly till few hours ago.
Right now is recognised by WD Drive Utility and WD Security.
Anyway it hasn’t mounted and the disk is not accessible. No strange rumors from the unit.
I have another WD Ultra 2TB and works perfectly.
Please could you give me suggestions how to solve?

Is the drive is showing up in the Disk Utility?
Have you tried to connect the drive with different USB cable?
