My Passport Ultra - Can't backup to Dropbox?

I’m using Windows 7. I have the WD Backup, WD Drive, WD Security probrams installed that came with the My Passport Ultra. I have a Dropbox account. BUT … with I choose a backup plan for Dropbox, nothing happens. Can you please advise me on what the problem is and what I can do to fix this. I bought this device because it was suppose to be able to backup to Dropbox !! THanks

Because you are using a Passport Ultra you should see the dedicated subforum for WD portable drives. This subforum (My Cloud) is for an entirely different device.
