MyBook Essential 3TB no power

Dear Support

I am from Kuala Lumpur.

My recently bought MyBook 3TB essential HDD is not working, there is no power even though I have plugged it to power socket.

The HDD is used and connected to WD TV Live.

Please advise how I can obtain support to fix my HDD. Thanks!
