MYBOOK WORLD not starting up

Ok we have used WD products for some time and had to replace a few drives over the years. The latest to die is a MyBOOKWORLD 1tb white one. The light comes on but does not move. Cant switch it off with the button and reset does nothing.

What can we do?

Have you tried a reset and/or power cycle?

As per my comment reset and power button do nothing.
