I ahve a 3TB mycloud. Dashboard says it has 1,5TB free, windows says I’ve got 2.1TB of media on it.
I think windows is correct. Mycloud performance has been very poor recently could this have something to do with it?
Do I need to do a rebuild of the database?
It takes time for the dashboard to update, particularly if you just uploaded a bunch of media that it’s still indexing.
I haven’t put anything new on it for a couple of weeks. I deleted some stuff the other day and it changed from 1.4TB free to 1.5Tb free so I dont think that is the issue.
