Mycloud.com not working

mycloud.com is not working properlly, I have the user correclly created, the password is ok, and it will not let me log in, in ffact if I try to remember password, no email is sent

Yes I have the same problem. What is the matter? Owned by My Cloud ex2 ultra for a few days. Everything performed according to the manual.
