Hi there!
I’m using a My Cloud drive for a couple of months now without any problems but I’m experiencing problems since a week now.
I can login to the My Cloud via the local control panel / admin panel which you can access by going to it’s local IP-adress, but external login’s at the My Cloud app and webpages are denied.
If I look in the admin panel under settings > network, the connection status is ‘No internet access’, and when I take a look at cloudaccess > any user, the connection status says ‘No internet access’. This information could be the problem i can’t login from any page, app but I think it’s weird I even can’t login via local network.
This problem has never occured since a week now.
Little side info:
- There aren’t made any changes at the network settings.
- I can’t find the My Cloud anymore in de My Cloud app.
- When I try to log-in with any account, the next message appears: ‘Can’t connect to NAS’.
- Status LED is solid blue, unless in sleep mode. (Drive get’s active immediately when I login to the admin panel.)
- Drive is connected to the same network as this PC, but I even can’t login to the drive via Explorer. The drive is visible in the network list in Explorer.
I hope there’s someone with a solution over here.
