MyCloud EX2 both disks reporting problems

Hi, I have a MyCloud EX2 12TB that I run in RAID-1 (mirrored) as media storage for a Plex server. Today when I got home from work I noticed that the drive wasn’t mounted on my server, which I thought was weird, but the status lights were all blue. I logged into the drive via web browser and ran a “Quick Test” from Settings > Utilities. Both disks reported problems and both status lights on the front of the drive promptly switched to red. I rebooted the drive hoping for a miracle. Both lights remained red, quick test said the same thing as before. I did a little panicked checking online, then a short time later noticed the drive pop up as available on my network. I was able to mount it and access a few random files. Then I ran the Quick Test again and it said both drives were fine! That’s a relief and all, but obviously I am suddenly very nervous about the integrity of my drives. Can anyone help me out with some insight in terms of what could be going on here, how concerned should I be, what steps should I take, etc? We have this same model drive at work and had a disk fail and it was a super easy hot-swap/rebuild with zero data loss, which is part of the reason I bought this drive for use at home. But what do I do if both disks have failed? And have they failed, or is the problem with some other component of the EX2? Any advice or thoughts would be greatly appreciated - thank you!
