Mycloud EX2 Ultra, unable to delete file

I have an EX2 Ultra on my network and there is a large file that I cannot delete. When I try it says the file is in use, however, extensive testing does not reveal and process on the computers using the drive. All the computers have been restarted and the issue remains.

How can I remove this file?

What is the name of the file?

Perhaps it’s a system file, recovery file, etc.

No it is not a system file! It is a video file.

I was able to delete file by connecting to the EX2 Ultra using SSH, browsing to the file and removing it.
