Has anyone encountered a problem with generating email links from mycloud.exe when connected to the same network as WDMC?
I can do it from the laptop at work, but not quite when I do it at home. Keep getting an error as if the link was not leading to an actual file.
I have not tried myself but I could see it happening if the app was trying to search locally.

It works locally and remotely for me, but I did have issues when I first purchased the unit.
Do you have the latest update for the My Cloud desktop app Version 1.0.4.34?
I just downloaded and installed it. I sent a link to my brother and his wife to see if it will work properly now.
