mycloud home device show offline in my iphone App and the LED light show Fast “breathing” rhythm from last Monday. After that I turn the power off and on again at Thursday, the LED light show “Solid Light - no blinking” at first but change to “blink quickly” after a few minutes.
And the LED keep blink quickly and keep offline till today.
I have changed to another LAN port, LAN cable, reboot my router, mycloud home device is still show offline, and it even didn’t show on the network map of my router.
Does anyone know how to fix the problem?
The following link is the video of LED blinking status

Nobody here knows the state of your My Cloud Home (MCH) than you do. You have access to your debug_logs and the age and status of your MCH as well as the port settings (UpNP) on your router and how you get your internet service.
Start there with the debug_logs and file a case with WD support.
I had the same problem some months ago (fast flashing light). Sadly, it was due to a bad drive that is not fixable. I had to replace the MCH.
Thank you for your reply, but I cannot find the MCH in my router setting so I cannot following the answer ID6746 to get the IP address to collect the debug log.
I also tried this method (Instructions to Enable Local Network Access on a My Cloud Home, My Cloud Home Duo and SanDisk ibi without Cloud Services), and also cannot connect my MCH.
And I found that there are one more picture of status in English version of support page show what I am facing.(It didn’t show if I access the page with traditional Chinese at first.)(What Does a Blinking Front LED Mean for WD My Cloud Home?). My case should be “Strobe Light”. It said MCH has hardware/drives failure or Power Adapter problem. So I think I may need to a buy new one because my MCH is out of warranty.
Thank you again for your answer collection.
Thank you for your reply. Sorry to hear that you have the same problem, have you tried to retrieve the data from the broken MCH?
Unfortunately I was unable to retrieve the data. WD said there would be no method in accomplishing this.
