I purchased a MyCloud Home device (8TB). I can access the device without problem. When I copy files to the drive, no matter what method I use, the data show to be on MyCloud and then an hour later, the data is gone. Not all the data is gone, just some of the files. No matter how many times I copy the files back, the data disappears. I can not find any help on the Western Digital site and the support team has been no help. I was wondering if there is a fix for this problem.

Thank you for your response. I did open a case but the WD Technical Support team was very little help. It was almost like they did not understand the issue. My experience with WD has been poor to this point.
