MyCloud Web Portal not showing recent files indexing/sync issues

MyCloud web portal is not showing current files. On the file browser everything is working as it should. But we have some people working remote now and need cloud access. Its not showing any new files we create since dec 7. I reset the cloud access by hitting the button on the dashboard. It reindexed the drives and I could see new files but its not staying current and Its unusable for remote purposes. I cant seem to post in the forums and do not see any related threads. Please help we need to get this working asap as we have remote workers again.

I want to update on what was done to solve this issues. However it was not entirely solved and I am still having indexing issues. The tech support changed our FTP access to anonymous read/write which he said was necessary for the web portal to work. I didn’t see any notes in the documentation stating this needed to be selected in order for the web portal to operate successfully.

Unfortunately we are having this issues again which I can see the last file was indexed 3/1/22

I have made another support ticket and will update when I get more information.

Has anyone else experienced indexing issues?

I want to let you now that there are no indexing progress on the mycloud portal or the dashboard. I spoke the the tech rep and they said to try a 40sec reset with the reset button pressed which will reset all of our shares and settings which is not a good solution. I will try this on friday however we do not really have many shares used and in fact the Public folder is the one that I noticed an issue with.

I will report back any results next week.
