Mycloud web service dead? can't access via web or mobile app!

Hi all,

Since today afternoon, suddenly cannot access MyCloud drive via my iPhone app, so I tried to access via browser on computer to access mycloud.com.

Under mycloud.com, after I click Sign In, it redirected to My Cloud OS3 End of Service | Western Digital, but the browser page is bland and only a white page.

I has remote access to my home computer and try access to the MyCloud drive via network, and it is working fine.

I also tested the iPhone app under home WiFi and it is able to connect.

Seems the MyCloud web service has issue today?

Anyone can fix it? It is very annoying!!!

Same Problem to me.
First i got an Information that there is no conection available and i Need to disconnect from My Account. Than there ist noch possibility to reconnect.
I Hope it will be fixed without Wasting More Time.

the issue should be started since afternoon (Hong Kong time). Because I am able to access via my iPhone this morning.

I read the post and found that not only me, but many people from different place also experienced the same issue.

I do think the issue should be on WD side, because when I try to access mycloud.com from computer browser, and click Sign In, it will only return blank white page. As I haven’t enter my login information yet, I don’t think the issue was on my drive.

Actually, when I back home and test via local network and WiFi, it works fine. But it is unable to access from outside or mobile network.

…i also think it is a WD problem and hope they will fix it in time. I need to have access to my drives. If there is no Web access i need to find annother way/product.

A few different threads on this featuring high right now. As I’ve said in the others, I’ve the same issue in Ireland. Set it up last night for first time and was working but now not working via browsers or Android App

Hong Kong here(GMT+8), it was working in the morning, but when I want to use it in the afternoon it is unable to connect.

Just tested my connection in the UK and looks like we are down as well. Been very unreliable at WD’s end recently.
