Recently purchased a mynet n750 since it was dualband and had Gig ports and was available at a cheap price.
It looks like a mistake, it has started disconnecting from the second day. I liked the features provided but it does nto server my purpose if it would keep disconnecting.
Currently I have Fastrack QoS and DNS proxy disabled, but what is the point if we cannot use the features just to make this thing work.
Question to WD, are you guys even interested in making this router usable? The last firmware update is from Dec 2012
Try setting WAN to static IP. Even if it works, the outdated firmware just invites security hacks. Retailers are heavily discounting all WD network products. Not a good sign. Better off getting a router from a company that is more experienced in networking and actually cares. You get what you pay for.
Yep I am returning back the router.I could not set a static WAN ip on the router as it stopped working after that.Had to revert back to DHCP for the WAN interface.
