N900 and upgraded to Firmware Release 1.04.08

Network scans aggregate 12 devices on the lan but only 7 show up in LAN / Device and Client Tables. It would be nice to see ALL clients on the DHCP scope. Can this be fixed?

Adding/Edit through Manually Added Devices does not work for discovered items with incorrect labels.

I agree this is a BUG
If the DHCP client list detects the hostname as ‘UNKNOWN’ you have no way to use those hosts for Mac address filtering.
It is also mute to see MAC address filtering works for wired LAN connected devices. I would have expected to have only Wireless clients have MAC address filter (Which makes more sense in terms of practical use)
I also agree that the GUI needs improvements wherein one can add more clients easily - it can be achieved by reducing the font size or improving the method of input so that one does need to scroll pages of information and find that save button in the end of the screen( it works but looks awkward especially with large size fonts or low res displays).
Having said, While WD staff does monitor these postings. if you need immediate attention please contact WD via phone or email for faster problem resolution.
Thanks!
Thanks for the response. I think this is because of the way they are trying to “discover” clients vs. aggregating the scope list.
