NAS (WD MBWE2 (white) takes 15 minutes to boot

After two years my NAS (WD MBWE2 (white) started to fail on me .

(2x1T in mirror mode)

It takes 20 minutes to re-boot, works for 15 minutes (very slow) and then its gone. 

Sometimes  NAS is just pingable for additional 15 minutes and than gone. .

Would like to mention that drive came to full capacity week ago. I deleted almost everything.

The Question:

What’s the best way to diagnose the problem and if  this fais, which route should I take to reinstall everything on NAS?

Please take a look at my “resyncing status”. Takes forever with only 4% space used?
