Good Evneing Everyone,
I bought a WD My Cloud 4T device few months ago. Lately I have been having an error message (see image below). When I click to open “WDMYClOUD” under my Network, I get the followoing Network Error message (see image below). I also have a MyBookLive 1T and I created a safepoint on MyBookLIVE to save the data in the WD My Cloud. But everytime I get the Network Error message, my safepoint also dissapears and I have to restart again the safepoint in Mybooklive…very frustrating.
I already did an update on the firmware and also reboted mycloud device. After I rebot, I can see my data but then after a few minutes I got the same error.
Any help would be much appreciated!
