my extra wd 2 inaccessible. the LEDs on the two 3 TB disks glow red. Can someone help me please

I had this issue with mine recently, I had to power it off for 5 minutes and retry. Everything started to work once I restored the power back.
Can you access the drive via SSH?
What are the troubleshooting steps you taken?
I tried many things hard reset, soft reset, power it off several times but it does not work.
I can’t access also to the dashboard I have a message “The system has suffered a power failure. Checking the consistency of the current file system. Please wait.”
Yeah, welcome to the world of choas. It seems WD just can’t get it together. I get the replies that the My Cloud desktop app is at end of life on 2016. Yet, my last issues, Tech support told me to use the very app the site is saying is no longer in use. Everything was working for me a month ago after going through all the hoops and resets, etc. Like clockwork, can get any access to any of it anymore.
