Hi all
ive a 2tb mybook live drive and its been working a treat.
Ive moved to a mac book pro and installed all the software and reinstalled again but ive go a couple of issues.
I can access the drive via the wd my cloud, it appears on my network list. it appears on the quickview but it wont show up in the smartware software.(the update software button is grayed out as well on smartware)
The mac had a full restore before i started but is showing another drive in the quick view as well but all you can do to this drive is unmount volumns.
PLease can anyone give me some suggestions?
