I am beginning to regret my purchase of WD My Passport Ultra. Does not work out of the box as described in 1-2-3 steps.
Downloading several zip files of software leaves one confused as to what install first - why such a messy procedure?
WD left me (experienced IT user) confounded and beginning to hate My Passport for non-performance when I needed to take my files away on holiday. I have created today a case and hope to receive solution soon.
