Network error

I have recently changed one of my desktops from a Win 7 to a Win 10. This computer is connected to my home network via an ethernet cable. The old computer allowed me to access my WD Cloud with no problem.
The new computer when I try to access the My Cloud from Windows File explorer I get the message "Windows cannot access //WDMYCLOUD the Network path was not Found and with a Network error code 0x80070035 .
I have tried most of the published solutions for the error code but to no avail.
The WD Cloud is shown in device manager as working correctly and I have removed it and re connected several times but am unable to access folders continually getting the message Windows cannot access //WDMYCLOUD.
Any suggestions please?

I have resolved this problem as I had not realised my computer was Win 10 Pro and I found a solution elsewhere.
If that is your situation, run ‘ gpedit.msc ’ to launch group policy editor, then navigate to :
\Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates\Network\Lanman Workstation

and look for a setting ‘ Allow insecure guest logons ’ and set that to ‘ Enabled
