Network Share source has stopped working

I received my wd hub the other day, synced a lot of content to the internal hd, and was delighted with the network share option which saw all my shared drives on my PC, where I set up a sync folder etc, came back the next day and all I was getting was no storage present! I can access the files on the hub from every other device on my network i.e. PC, laptop and ps3 but the hub cannot see any of these now even though it was working perfectly for the first few days.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated

I had the same problem. Everything was working then the “storage” message. I’m not sure what caused this, except I was changing the IP address of my network share server to a static address. When I went to check on the network share I received the message. It could have had nothing to do with that, but that was the only thing I was doing at the time it happened. I did fix the problem, however I can’t say for sure which of the following things actually corrected the problem.

(1) I cleared the network login

(2) unplugged the hub, and waited a couple of seconds then plugged back in.

(3) Reenter the login network information

Everything came, back and I haven’t add the issue since.

I can’t get my wdtv live hub media center to recognize my windows 7 pc.

I shared the folders and I enable sharing but no luck. any suggestions?
