Hello all,
Bought the WD TV Live media player Dec 2009, hooked it up to 2 TB WD Elements, and have been enjoying both since then…until this evening! Now when I plug in the 2 TB Elements external drive, the light on the Elements drive lights up and blinks (normal), the wd player’s usb light goes on, blinks…keeps blinking…then a minute later, it just goes out. Nothing is picked up by it…I don’t see it on the home screen.
How do i usually access my files? I don’t use the Media library, I just use the local drives feature. I tried searching the forums, didn’t find anything that exactly fits my problem, obviously I didn’t look through all the thousands of threads, but after looking for a couple hours I realized I don’t have the search skills necessary to find the answer.
I apologize if this has been answered,thanks for any help you guys can provide. Really a great product, no probs at all until today. BUT…if this is an unsolvable issue that plagues these devices…then that may change my opinion.
