No access to my cloud through windows explorer

Hi guys,

Any idea why I cannot have acces to my cloud through the windows explorer.

All installed in accordance to the manual etc.

When I click in the network on MYCLOUD it says that there is an error that the drive cannot be accessed.

If I disconnect and connect the drive again it comes to life and can be reached but after a while it seems like to feel asleep.

Appreciate any ideas.

I am using Windows 8.1.

Linksys router.
