try looking in “All Apps” … or try a factory reset if it has ‘vanished’ from your wdtv
Setup > System > Device Reset > Reset All Settings Back to Factory Default
I fixed it so far… I downgraded the firmware then upgraded then did a factory reset & it brought back a lot of apps that were missing…i still dont know why they dissapeared in the 1st place but I got them back for the time being
