No DTS audio after latest firmware update

Hello all,

I have the Gen 3 SMP and I saw a notification for the latest firmware update last week which I ran.  Now all of my HD videos (MKVs, with DTS audio it appears) will only play video but no audio over HDMI.  The SD videos play fine.  I’m connected into a Sony 7.1 receiver and then into the TV, both by HDMI.  I’m happy to provide more information as needed but I’m not sure what would be helpful.

I’m pretty sure you’re in the wrong forum. There hasn’t been a new firmware for the Live or Live Plus in over a year. You probably have the “Live Streaming” version.

I had a similar problem recently–turns out I had enabled audio to go through my receiver (an Anthem MRX300) to my TV. I switched it back to “AVR only” and now surround sound works again.
