No LED lights in My Cloud EX2 Ultra 12TB Brand New

Hi, I just bought a My Cloud EX2 Ultra 12TB Brand New (not refurbished) in Spain.

I have noticed that LED lights does not turn on (Power nor HDD lights). Firmware 2.31.183. Dashboard options Setup->Power Saving->LED Turn on.

Even Blinking LED option to identify one unit from another doesn’t work too!

Any ideas!

Hello arpaheni,

If after checking the settings on the dashboard, the LED light is not working then I would suggest you to return the device to the place of purchase.
