Any help would be greatly appreciated, I am pulling my hair out!
I recently bought the WDTV live media box, it plays all my files when I plug it in as local storage and also connects to youtube etc with no issue. The problem I have is that it cannot find my laptop through my wifi network, despite me changing all the settings on my laptop (even had WDTV level 2 tech support on the phone for 2 hours)
Tech support have said that it is probably a router issue, I live in Canada and have a Rogers router/modem, so cant just replace the whole thing, instead I bought an additional router and tried to connect that to my rogers router and connect through that but I couldnt get it to work. Has anyone else experienced this and if so could you please advise?
