No uploads from remote location to MyCloud Mirror

I have bought the MyCloud Mirror last weekend. Everything is working fine, except for uploading files from a remote location.

I am using the latest firmware on the MyCloud. Remote PC is Windows7 PC. The windows app “WD my cloud” is used for uploading and downloading?

Downloads from MYCloud to the PC are working fine and I can create new folder on MyCloud, but the upload never starts.

The pop window “Uploads” appears but even after some minutes the progress bar is still on 0%. After a while the message Upload incomplete is shown.

What am I missing?

Hi there and welcome to the WD community.

Does the same thing happen on other computers or perhaps a different network?

I have the same problem but behind proxy server. Behind proxy connectivity and downloading files works fine but uploading files fails.

My WD Cloud works fine if using NATed network but does not upload if using behind proxy.

Any suggestions ?
