I have recently upgraded my MyCloudMirror Gen2 to OS 5. I did see that the drive was indexing, but now when I log into the OS5 mobile app or log in through the Web, I see NO files or folders. The gear simply spins.
I have logged into my Win10 Laptop and do see all shares and folders/files and am able to access such.
I had enabled mobile access and have changed nothing as I’m logging in using the admin account.
If anyone has any suggestions or has encountered this issue, I would appreciate some help.

The app or web has been like this for the last week or so, since I upgraded. Only thing I can think to do that I haven’t done is unplug/reset the NAS. Not an easy thing to do given where it is, but let’s not get into that.
Hi WDStaff - after indexing was completed I was able to use the OS5 Mobile app and I was able to see the folders and the pictures from the autoback-up. But this week it stopped working? Can you help?
I have the same problem since yesterday but I have a My Cloud EX2 Ultra.
I can’t see any files or folders in the OS5 mobile app. It looks like all access no longer works.
I haven’t changed anything so something must have changed at WD!
