Not able to connect remotely

I am not able to access files remotely.
I tried with mycloud.com and iphone APP.

Hello,

Please check the remote access settings on the dashboard and make sure that the ports 80 and 443 are open. Also see if you have a firewall on the router blocking the connection.

Remote access settings look good. Where should I look for port 80 and 443 if both are open?
I don’t see any blocking in router settings.
When I login to mycloud.com from outside network it seems to be logged-in but nothing shows-up, it shows error message to check certificate and/or access. I can see in router logs incoming request from IP 129.253.8.24 that is western digital corporation IP.
