Not able to write in mac

hello,
i am not able to copy or write files to my device IN MACBOOK. so, i formatted and tried the same in windows, things worked in windows. But still the problem persists in mac, I AM NOT ABLE TO WRITE OR COPY FILES TO HARD DISK IN MAC

If you formatted in NTFS it will NOT be writable on Mac unless you have NTFS support installed on your Mac, or you format it ExFAT which will work with both.
