NTSC vs. PAL

I would like to configure a WD TV Live Hub for our grandchildren in Europe.

I was able to setup an Apple TV (1st gen) for them (Setup in USA - Shipped to Europe) with everything working.

Will I be able to use an NTSC Live Hub? Will be used for MKV, MP4, and JPG file format via HDMI

NTSC and PAL are analog television systems. Since you will be using HDMI which is digital, there is no more NTSC or PAL so it won’t be an issue.
